13 Reconciliation of 2017 Non-GAAP Measures to GAAP In addition to the results presented in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”), this presentation contains certain non-GAAP financial measures. The Company believes that providing these non-GAAP financial measures provides investors with information useful in understanding the Company's financial performance, performance trends, and financial position. While the Company uses these non- GAAP measures in its analysis of the Company's performance, this information should not be considered an alternative to measurements required by GAAP.
