Craig Langel is owner and President of CLC Restaurants, Inc., which owns and operates Taco Bell and KFC restaurants in Montana, Idaho, and Washington. He is also an owner of Mustard Seed Restaurants. Previously he was an officer and shareholder of Langel & Associates, P.C. Mr. Langel serves on the board of directors for the Taco Bell Foundation and the Missoula Children’s Theatre. He also served on the First Security Bank of Missoula Division Board. Mr. Langel received his BS from Montana State University.

David C. Boyles
David Boyles is the former President and Chairman of Columbine Capital Corp. and its subsidiary Collegiate Peaks Bank, and currently serves as Chairman of the Collegiate Peaks Bank Division Board. Previously he served as CEO and Chairman of Guaranty Bank and Trust Company. He has served as the Tenth Federal Reserve District representative to the Fed Advisory Council. His non-banking board experience includes The Rose Community Foundation in Denver, HealthONE, Winter Park Ski Area, and the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Boyles holds a BA from the University of Colorado.
Robert A. Cashell, Jr.
Robert Cashell is the owner and President of Robert Parker, Inc., which owns and operates casinos in Northern Nevada, and owner and President of Topaz Lodge. A gaming industry veteran, Mr. Cashell was previously President of Northpoint Sierra, Inc. and Red Rocks Resort, Inc., and he was a member of the Board of Managers of Station Casinos, LLC. He was the Chairman of the Board of Heritage Bancorp and is currently the Chairman of the Heritage Bank Division Board. Mr. Cashell received his BA from Pepperdine University.
Randall M. Chesler
President and Chief Executive Officer
Randall Chesler currently serves as President and CEO of Glacier Bancorp, Inc., and Glacier Bank. Prior to joining Glacier Bank, Mr. Chesler was President of CIT Bank, the banking subsidiary of CIT Group, where he also led the Small Business Lending and Consumer Finance groups. Mr. Chesler has extensive financial services experience with Citi, VISA, and US BankCard. In 2000 he founded Size Technologies, a fintech company purchased by First Data Corp. Mr. Chesler serves on the Altabank Division Board and the First Community Bank of Utah Division Board. He received his BS from State University of New York.
Sherry L. Cladouhos
As a former President of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, Sherry Cladouhos has spent the majority of her professional life working to provide affordable healthcare to Montanans. Her previous roles with BCBS include Co-Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Operations. She is also past Chair of the Montana Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Montana Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Ms. Cladouhos is a Certified Health Insurance Executive and a graduate of the Berkely Healthcare Executive Program.
Jesus T. Espinoza
Mr. Espinoza is a prominent architect of Latino community and business development policy and programs, with over 45 years of community development experience that span the public, private and non-profit spectrum. He is the President and CEO of Espinoza Community Development LLC, a corporation dedicated to private community development, and is the co-founder and former President and CEO of Raza Development Fund, the largest Latino Community Financial Institution in the United States. He currently serves as a director for The Foothills Bank, division of Glacier Bank. Mr. Espinoza brings extensive experience in executive-level leadership, corporate management, consultation, asset management and community, business and real estate development to the GBCI Board of Directors.
Annie M. Goodwin
Annie Goodwin is the principal of the Goodwin Law Office, LLC, where she practices banking and regulatory law. She has served as Montana’s Commissioner of Banking and Financial Institutions, Chief Legal Counsel of the Montana Banking and Financial Division and Department of Commerce and is currently Chair of the Character and Fitness of Attorney Admissions to the State Bar of the Montana Supreme Court. Ms. Goodwin holds a BS in Nursing from Carroll College and received her JD from University of Montana Law School. She completed additional legal studies in banking law at Hastings College of Law (University of California) and George Mason University.
Kristen L. Heck
Kristen Heck is owner and CEO of Alternative Staffing Corporation, DBA LC Staffing Service, a Woman Owned Small Business. She is also founder and owner of Loyal Care In-Home Assistance. Ms. Heck is a director of Industrial Staffing Captive, Stillwater Christian School, board member of Staffing Industry Analyst’s Growth Advisory Group, and Chairperson of Timber Products Manufacturers Association. She serves on the Glacier Bank Division Board. She attended American River and Flathead Valley Colleges.
Michael Hormaechea
Michael Hormaechea is the manager of Hormaechea Development LLC. He has extensive experience in residential, commercial resort, and mixed-use project real estate development. Mr. Hormaechea serves as Chairman of the Mountain West Bank Division Board. He holds a BA from the University of San Diego.
Douglas J. McBride
Douglas McBride is an optometrist and a past-President of the Montana State Board of Examiners for Optometry and the Montana Optometric Association. Dr. McBride is also former Chairman of the Advisory Board for TLC Laser Eye Center and former administrator for the State of Montana for Vision Source. He serves on the Western Security Bank Division Board. Dr. McBride received his BA from Linfield College and Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry.
